Christian Tegethoff
| Christian Tegethoff founded CT Executive Search to recruit senior executives and leadership teams for mid-sized enterprises, family-owned businesses, and private equity portfolio companies. For more than 20 years, he has advised organizations on complex cross-border executive search appointments across Western Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, India, and the Middle East. His work focuses on identifying leaders who combine deep local market understanding with the ability to operate successfully within international business structures. Prior to founding CT Executive Search, he gained extensive experience with international executive search firms, including Kienbaum Executive Consultants. He holds academic degrees from Freie Universität Berlin and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, as well as an Executive MBA from Cass Business School, City University London. |
